The woman at the check-in desk (I think her name is Tatiana) was SO pleasant. She was very professional (explained everything and did her job in a very timely manner), very friendly (actually smiled). It’s sad that I was so impressed by her friendliness as that should just be the standard but not this day and age. It was very refreshing to come across someone so nice and happy to be doing her job. I hope she (and her boss) sees this.
I had a hearing test and appointment with Dr. Eric Paulson for tinnitus. He spent about 10 minutes with me, yet I was billed as if I had a 45 minute appointment. During the appointment, he volunteered to clean my ears, which I assumed was part of a standard ear appointment. Nope! My insurance company was billed an additional $217 for ear wax removal, which probably took him a grand total of 30 seconds. The Eye and Ear Center has contributed directly to a worsening rat infestation in our neighborhood. They routinely dispose of food waste in an on-site dumpster that is almost never properly sealed. This repeated carelessness has caused the local rat population to surge over the past several years. The Eye and Ear Center is responsible for the rat infestation in the area. They regularly dump food waste into a dumpster on their property, which is consistently left open. This ongoing negligence has led to a significant increase in the rat population over the past few years. The rats are now coming onto my property, into my house, and affecting my tenants. Totally unprofessional. I called for an appointment for my son in May. I was told they did not have any appointments until July. I said ok, and waited until then. 2 days before the appointment, I was called and said the “doctor had a change in her schedule” and they had to reschedule me for August. I wasn’t thrilled but I said ok. Now it’s August, I get another call 2 weeks before the appointment and was told the same exact thing “doctor had a change in her schedule”.
