Dr. Zhao is an amazing doctor. She’s very experienced and knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner, and has been very responsive post the surgery she performed on my son. He had complications with his anesthesia and Dr. Zhao and her team knew exactly what to do to help him. I can’t recommend her more highly. Thank you Dr. Zhao!
Called to schedule an urgent appointment for my mother and when I ask if it was possible for an earlier appointment the receptionist was rude and condescending. Be prepared for minimal effort and no support or care.
Very rude receptionist. Wife called and the receptionist was very condescending about answering questions around insurance coverage and others. Lost my business and business of my social network. Good luck!
