Horrible. Dr Abt is very unprofessional. The whole practice is run so poorly. The reviews are spot on. Go to ANY other doctors than the ones here. I could give so many details but Im not going to embarrass them any further.
Totally misdiagnosed after extensive testing by Dr. Jones staff a few years ago. Ended up going to Mass Eye and Ear, Boston, and was told by Dr. Roche that I in no way had bilateral vestibular hypofunction as told by the Mashpee office of Dr. Jones. Dr. Jones was a cold, poker faced, arrogant, non-listener who wanted to play a guessing game with my life! I brought my Aunt here in October 2024 to Mass Brigham Eye and Ear in Mashpee. Dr Dilger was the Dr she saw. My Aunt was having difficulty hearing and breathing so I was in the process of getting her a walking oxygen system. We were unfortunately 8 minutes late for the appointment. There was no other patient that we saw the whole 30 minutes we were there. My Aunt has breast cancer, lung cancer, and melanoma that had metastasized to her brain.
