Even if you clearly have eye problem where a bone might poke your eye and they think you have a concussion they will still make you wait hours between triage and being seen. I’ve been asked about billing twice (with good insurance) and only triaged. People have been waiting here for hours. Im supposed to have a cat scan. Will probably have it next week at this rate. A long ER wait. Even the people who clearly need to be seen with asap are waiting long times. At least the staff are nice. But really need more of them
