Best doctors and staff. Every person from reception to doctors are very professional
Extremely difficult to get a hold off. Submitted forms for them through their site, emailed, tried calling and leaving a message, send text messages, no responses. Unfortunately, I missed the only call from them by one minute. Tried calling back immediately after and went through their automated message system which tells you to leave another voice message. Did again, never got a call back. Very disappointing service.

My name is Janet (Towle) Willis and I was a patient of Dr Virgil Casten by which I had surgery for the removal of melanomia in 1974. Thanks to Dr Casten I was able to keep my eye even though other doctors wanted it removed. I just turned 80 and still have my eye. I'm being checked every 6 months by Dr Daniel O'Connor at Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston another excellent doctor. Thank God for these doctors.
