I had my doctor sent them a referral for my severe eye issues. Called a week after referral was sent, had me tell them all the details of my eye history of past 10 years, then told me they needed 3 weeks to review the referral and then we could make an appointment. 4 weeks later I heard nothing so I called. Updating this review after a recent positive experience with MEE's patient relations department. After investigating my concerns, they agreed their branch could have handled my case better at the beginning, and waived the balance due. It took at lot of trouble, but I'm happy with the result so changed the rating to 3 stars. Better if they could be more responsive to patients in the first place!
