I’ve been trying to make my son an appointment for a week now and I can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone. I leave voicemails and no one returns the call. Clearly someone there can’t do their job.
Mass eye and ear Bridgewater Ma i thought I had an appt with the best. After waiting 6 weeks for an appointment I am told the first appt would be Dec 8. Why didn't they tell me over the phone? No.they wanted to "test" me first. Waiting my time and Mass Health funding! The front desk personnel were disrespectful Letting me sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes. Accusing me of not registering. The lasy was hidden behind the computer monitor. What a joke Playing "gotcha" with my life. Let me have done this for you new clients.... read more

Unsatisfactory assessments and conclusion. Was told there’s “something” going on with my hearing, but unfortunately science for the ears has not progressed enough to help me. One of the tests failed miserably, so “after careful consideration” they feel my hearing is “not bad enough, more like borderline normal.” I am already using ASL, CC, reading lips, facing people, ensuring people are in the same room or nearby to talk, expressing to others my hearing difficulties/loss…I explained all of this for my appt AND at the appt. ... read more
