Ann, the woman who answers the phone is probably the rudest person I have ever met in healthcare. Tried multiple times to get in touch with her supervisor. She canceled an appointment without my consent after a I called to check the time….. claims she called me back to reschedule and left voicemails.. never received. Will not allow me to speak to her supervisor. I have now called her 4 times about this and no one else answers the phones.
