Treated horribly over the phine when calling for the doctor I work for to confirm their fax number. The woman who answered pretty much yelled at me saying "we are a hospital which department fax number do you want!?" And before I could sat anything or explain pur neurologist wanted to fax a referral she re routed me back to the main menu. After going through the prompts and reaching this woman again
Dr Brown gets beyond 5 Stars. I am an autoimmune Lupus SLE patient so everything that happens to my body, it feels like a war is going on inside. Ocular Shingles got me in January of 2025 and that's when trying to manage the pain eye and ear pain caused by such a basic sinusitis wreaked havoc on my everyday life. Receptionist that I spoke with on the phone to make an appointment on 4/11 at 3pm was very rude and unhelpful, I simply asked for the address and she told me to look it up myself on the patient portal. She should find a job that doesn't deal with the public.
