Tried to make an appointment here, I had seen several doctors there before, but it was over 3 years ago so they had no record of me. I have an earache and the person answering the phone said, in a bored way, that she could give me an appointment in about 5 weeks. Evidently these Mass Eye and Ear clinics do not share a connected computer system, so she could not check to see if any other satellite offices had an earlier appointment. They were excellent. I worked with a doctor straight from Boston. He was friendly, experienced, and resolved the problem quickly. The facility was very nice and clean. It was very nice and honestly don’t see how they could have done better.
Saw Dr Fattal for 10min visit ; Received a bill for 1200$. problem not solved. Tell you to go take over the counter meds, as he walks away he hollering at the nurse as to when his next appointment is. Be very caution!! don’t be the next victim!! I should have read the reviews, before going here and seeing Dr Michael Fattal. See below I am not the only victim
My son was referred to the MEEI concord location for a hearing test due to a speech delay. The office never called to schedule his hearing test. Between my husband and I, left 4 separate messages to try and schedule his hearing test and never once got a call back. I then spent two hours getting bounced between Emerson, MEEI Boston and the concord office before finally getting him scheduled at the concord office. He saw Melissa Vadenais, AUD in March 2024.
