Dr Brown gets beyond 5 Stars. I am an autoimmune Lupus SLE patient so everything that happens to my body, it feels like a war is going on inside. Receptionist that I spoke with on the phone to make an appointment on 4/11 at 3pm was very rude and unhelpful, I simply asked for the address and she told me to look it up myself on the patient portal. She should find a job that doesn't deal with the public.

I understand why there are less than stellar reviews for this particular office. Unfortunately, we DID NOT have a great experience with another ENT in this group. This year, we saw one last doctor before we headed into Boston for care. We saw Dr. Brown. We hit the jackpot! Wonderful all around! Caring (funny) and to the point. We were not rushed.
