DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. UNRELIABLE AND UNRESPONSIVE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have been dealing with RACK ELECTRIC "the family owned" business for over 3 years trying to get our generator installed and the appropriate permitting. We are now being fined because they refuse to close our permit or call us back. Messages are taken by an answering service AND NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK regarding repairs or permitting.
I HAD MY MAINTENANCE SERVICE AFTER A YEAR OF INSTALLATION. RIGHT AFTER THE RACK ELECTRIC SERVICE; MY GENERATOR STOPPED WORKING. IT'S BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW WAITING FOR THE PART TO ARRIVE . EVERY TIME THEIR SERVICE GUY COMES BRINGS AN EXCUSE NOT TO INSTALL IT. THEY SIT IN THE CAR AND LEAVE AFTER ALMOST 2 HOURS. I AM NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. WHEN I EMAIL OR CALL THEM FOR THESE ISSUES; I KEPT GETTING FORWARDED TO MULTIPLE PEPOLE AND AT THE END NOTHING!!!!! THEIR SERVICE IS SUB OPTIMAL.
