These guys are professionals. They really know what they are talking about and can coach! Coaching is critical for someone like me, coming in after a break, or new to CF. They can modify everything to accomodate anyone. No matter if your recovering from an injury or don't have a lot of experience. The community is very supportive. Everyone is friendly and happy to see new people coming back week after week.
I was pushing 50 with a bad back (and an injured runner's knee at the time) and totally hesitant about CrossFit. But a close friend inspired me to try out his gym. Great gym with knowledgeable coaches and strong community. Spacious and very reasonable pricing. They carry the full range of equipment so there won’t be any gaps in your training. Been a happy member for the past several years
This cross fit gym is amazing. This place made me enjoy working out again. The coaches are great and will always want to help you get better. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. I’ve been going for a year now and I would recommend it to anyone even if you’re a beginner like me!
