You could let people know up front that you can not offer the services needed after wasting MONTHS of my time and money of diagnosing a problem just to be sent to another Dr's office that can actually help. What a fraudulent office you are running there. I am no better off than the day I made the mistake of walking into your office and I can not afford to go to another Dr. Thanks for absolutely nothing
Horrible experience with Dr. Stein I now have a hole the size of a nickel in my nasal septum. He definitely didn’t tell me this would happen if I was unhappy with my surgery to repair a TINY hole and the subsequent removal of the septal button he implanted. My nose is now damaged beyond repair. I asked him for the money I am out of pocket and he told me he doesn’t have time for this and he’s not in the business of giving money back. RecommendedLOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Stein! Explains everything thoroughly and in a way that is easy to understand. He is very good with kids and has fit us in last minute multiple times to accommodate our family.
