Shady all around. Owe a lot of people money. Can't even finish their projects because of it. Work is shoddy.
Beware of these guys. If you own the property adjacent to property they purchased they will destroy your property if they have to so they can better theirs. This is what they constantly do. I do not understand how they get away with it. I watched them build houses behind mine, I would never buy anything these people are involved with. We have had other people in our neighborhood sell their house and refused to sell to them because of their reputation. Nothing but bad news
Stay away from these guys. Find another builder or contractor. You would think being a family business they would try to build a good reputation. They do not meet their committed completion schedule, they take so many short cuts that even the building inspectors hate to have to inspect their projects. Poor quality work - definitely NOT craftsmans as they present themselves.
