I found Adam and my experience much more professional than previous appointments. I would highly recommend Erik and Hearing Life
Beware — no licensed audiologist works here. If your insurance requires testing and hearing aid sales by someone with a license, don't waste your time at this location. The hearing instrument specialist called me to cancel two hours before the scheduled appointment, despite having two weeks to process my insurance because they couldn't do the standard procedure necessary to prepare my ears for a test at my initial appointment. Appointment for hearing aid requiring service was prompt. Dan and the rest of the staff are very helpful.
Both were very nice, like family. Paperwork went good she helped me and meeting with Dan was fantastic
