I’ve been a customer for at least 8years+ or more .since hearing life took over it’s been a nightmare and my favorite worker that ran the front desk very nice and very helpful and friendly always willing to go out of her way with parts you needed batteries etc left and went to Brockton I believe her name is Colleen. This place is not people friendly or helpful they treat you not good! Heather was very nice and accommodating. The “provider” or salesperson (didn’t introduce herself) was there to sell me something. Her first words were since you have severe hearing loss, are you going to be able to pay for these?
Agree 100% with the other recent poor reviews. The customer service here is beyond bad. They do not return calls and when you go there they keep the door locked and you speak to them through the door. Mind you that is with hearing aids THAT DON'T WORK and take forever to get replaced. STAY AWAY. This place is a scam and they don't care about their customers even a little.
