Simon is amazing! He is simply the best audiologist I have ever met from any angle of view: knowledge, customer experience, true interest in the subject, genuine willingness to help.
Very clean, thorough and comprehensive exam. I was presented with very honest results and options to enhance my deafness! I would highly recommend them!
The heart aid test was absolutely amazing and it was the best of all the tests I’ve done so far it covered all kind of things were concerning me The stuff that took care of me were absolutely incredible, knowledgeable and friendly Thank for your service and support
Went for a hearing evaluation in Waltham. Could not complete because ears clogged with wax. Then told Aetna my health plan did NOT cover hearing aids at your company . Went home and called Aetna who originally told me to go there. They said I was covered by my plan . Won’t be going back to Waltham and am upset for the confusion with Aetna wasted my entire morning there not knowing what was going on still confused with my coverage !!!!!!!
My mother just had a hearing test with Simon, and he was very professional and thorough. He explained everything to her and made her feel very comfortable. Definitely great service
