I met with Brian. He was very knowledgeable & patient with me. I appreciated all the thorough tests he put me through to guide me towards the right hearing aids. I did some extensive research together with my husband on all the different hearing aid devices. Brian was the 3rd hearing appt that I had attended. I liked that he had the hearing aid available that was best for me at the time of my testing so that I could purchase them & walk out. Very pleased.
