If I could give them zero stars I would. A technician came to our house to clear our dryer vent. He was over an hour late. When he realized that our dryer was on the second floor he said that he didn't have a ladder high enough to clean it from the outside, so he would have to do it from the inside. He did the cleaning and informed me that our vent hose was broken. I asked if he could fix it (seems like something a **** vent guy could fix pretty easily) and he said "no", but I could fix it easily myself. It was in fact not a... read more

The service tech showed up with a shop vac and nothing else. He dis not wear a mask, shoe protectors and did not have a ladder to reach the vent covers in the ceiling. I could have done what he did in half the time. He left black marks on my walls and woodworking and when he left I removed the covers and had to wipe and clean dust from the vent openings. We paid to have the furnace cleaned as well and he never touched it but said the discount we were quoted was the same price for cleaning the furnace. Bottom line, don't wast... read more

************* They give you a price on the phone and then come out and tell you that doesn't cover what needs to be done and charge you triple the quote.Stay away!! I would never recommend them or use them again!!P.S. Leaving one star because you can't leave less!
