Playing in my face. The appointment time was at 11:20 and still over two hours later and we are still in the waiting room with no sign of seeing the Doctor. My mother who is disabled and is unable to stand for long periods of time had no seats with people crowded along the room standing in and space they could fit. My appointment time 11:15am it's now after 12. And I'm in the waiting room. Had to fill in intake papers standing up because it was so crowded. I haven't seen the physician as of yet so this one star can only go up, but so far office management is a zero(management, btw the office staff was nice) I'll update after. After my last post I was taken back for vitals at 1230 where I still had a wait. And while I was waiting I could hear all of the questions and answers of the person in the next room. Este doctor es mal educado y no es puntual. Me hico esperar más de una hora y no se disculpo. De tanto esperar para solo verme por unos minutos que casi no me digo nada. Fui la semana pasada y la verdad me da tristeza que nos traten así a la gente de la tercera edad. Que si pudiera fuera con otro médico, pero mi seguro médico está limitado. Gracias a Dios las muchachas que trabajan ahí en recepción y enfermeras son muy lindas, pacientes, y educadas. Que Dios la bendiga mucho. Cuídense de ese doctor
