The old man who answers all of your questions with a question, he is the most funny, insulting (but not in a mean way) kind person I have ever met. I was freaking out about what to bring on this trip and I called him the night before to ask him. I left a voicemail and he called me back two times. When he says don’t bring a thing, he means it. This place is amazing

Avoid at all costs! I had to cancel my visit due to a family emergency and they still tried to charge me for my full stay. I cancelled 11 days before my visit. When I didn't hear back I called and they claimed they don't check their emails 'We get thousands of emails'. Later they still tried to charge me the full rate! I called again and they claimed that my mobile number was wrong (not true, plus they also had my email address). Accomodating host at a beautiful location. Great vibes, I ended up hanging out with other people staying there for the night. Good value too. Thanks for a great experience

Our family loved our stay for our son's 5th birthday. Beautiful location, cozy and roomy cabin. Close enough to Santa Cruz and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, but still an escape to the Redwoods. We will definitely come here again.
