I cannot get someone in the office to call me back about a new medicine I was prescribed. 2 years later......... I cannot get through to the office to get a response with regard to changing to another physician in the same practice. Not gotten through with the assistance of office employees. Being told call back tomorrow, call back another day etc etc. Need a pulmonologist for urgent lung issues. I am so frustrated!
Great doctor. Takes very good care of the patients. Each person gets his undivided attention. Staff follows his instructions. Dr. Ahmed expects each patient to follow his directions. Does not order unneeded medical procedures. You feel like you're one of his family.
