I’m really happy with how my balayage turned out! The color looks natural and bright, just what I was hoping for. The whole process was quick and smooth, which was great. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment to keep it fresh. Definitely recommend this place if you’re thinking about getting balayage!

I went in today for my third keratin treatment and haircut, and it was a really disappointing experience. Masoo continues to double-book herself, which makes the appointments feel rushed and careless. She brushed my hair with no care it felt rough and uncomfortable. The haircut was awful. In the past, she would use a razor to clean up the ends for a straight finish after the treatment, but this time, even after I reminded her three times, she ignored it. I will not be returning to her again.

I’ve been going to this salon for a while now and always leave happy with the results. She’s amazing—super kind and friendly, and she really knows how to treat hair with care. My hair has never been damaged, and I always feel confident after each visit. Highly recommend for a great experience!
