I have had a great experience with Masonville Yards. The staff, specifically Jasmine, Stephen and Deehanna, have been amazing helping with answering questions. Update: I take back that review. All of these people above quit given how bad the management is. Renter beware, they will make up charges and suggest that you caused damage when you end your lease. They don’t answer your emails. Further they enter your unit without prior approval
Management could be a little more responsive to inquiries, place like sauna could use more cleaning up, some things in the apartments seem cheap and fragile. Front desk is wonderful though, shoutout to gabriel hes always super helpful and positive.
Their cooling system don't even work, i am visiting someone here from mississauga, and whole stay was ruined because of how hot the appartment was.
