Management could be a little more responsive to inquiries, place like sauna could use more cleaning up, some things in the apartments seem cheap and fragile. Front desk is wonderful though, shoutout to gabriel hes always super helpful and positive.
Their cooling system don't even work, i am visiting someone here from mississauga, and whole stay was ruined because of how hot the appartment was.

Nothing works at Masonville yards. Everything is broken, appliances, desks, couches are all broken. Appliances have horrible finishes. Thermostat does not update. Do not live here ever
