The person who showed me around the property was very rude during the inspection and on the phone. However, this was just my opinion. If I see a listing by them in the future I will not be putting in an offer.
I had a cold and disappointing experience with Masons. I applied for a property and was declined through a lazy and unprofessional email. I thought it would be a friendly and comfortable experince. It's hard to get a rental in Murray Bridge and criteria to obtain is probably parochial.
We rented through Masons Real Estate and had Samone as our property manager - she was absolutely amazing to deal with. She was always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to anything we needed. Any issues were handled promptly and with genuine care, which made our whole rental experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t recommend Samone and the team at Masons Real Estate highly enough!
The Masons team have been managing our property for years and have been doing an excellent job. The reports are comprehensive, and they always keep us in the loop with any updates or work that needs to be done. The family owned company goes above and beyond.
