I had a very disappointing experience with Mason Plumbing & Heating Supplies in Richmond. When I called them yesterday to discuss my rights regarding a faulty water pump I purchased in May 2024, they abruptly put the phone down on me. Attended this merchants yesterday. The service was beyond excellent had an awkward fitting that was not standard I was taken to the store area where we went through different options and after having spent a considerable amount of time with me found a solution that would fit. I highly recommend visiting this plumbing merchants. Thank you for the brilliant service.
