Great guy great company I will be using them in the future I just bought a newer camper and took it to lake Murray for the weekend left for 30 minutes came back didn't have any power this fella walked me through it step bye step to find the problem and get the power back on he was busy and didn't have to do that but he literally did not hang up the phone tell we found the issue I'll definitely be using Mason's RV service for all my 5 wheel and RV needs
Hands down the best motorhome technician I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Chris went way above and beyond to get my coach back on the road. I will have no problems driving six hours to have him work on it again if something else goes wrong. Super strong business ethics as well as tenacity in dealing with the warranty company. There are not enough stars to rate him. Thank you Chris for making an exhaustive experience more of a minor inconvenience.

Very friendly, very helpful came to the motorhome to fix the slide out. if ever in the area and had a problem, I would call him again. Thank you for helping me and my husband.
We appreciated that they came out that day and replaced 2 leaf springs and let us know the gas line was broken. We did have to drive and get parts after they called all around for parts, but we were able to make our destination late that evening. We would use again if we were in the area.
