They were honest, prompt, and very professional with the rug cleaning. Randall clearly understands how important and valuable a rug can be, both for the memories attached to it and for its actual worth. At first, the two-week turnaround felt a little long, but it ended up being completely worth it. The price was fair for the level of care and the deep cleaning results. At a recent painting job, we accidentally spilled a whole gallon of navy blue paint onto a light tan carpet. Despite our best efforts to blot and clean the area, a big blue stain was still left behind. I reached out to Mason's Carpet Cleaning, and Randall was able to fit us in later that same day. Randall did an outstanding job making our carpets look and feel fresh again. We just moved into a house where a dog had lived before, so the carpets really needed some deep cleaning.
