I was really impressed with the carpet cleaning from Mason's Carpet Cleaning. Our carpets were older, heavily soiled, and had a strong pet odor from the two puppies we recently adopted. We decided to add the pet treatment package, and it made a huge difference. The odor was fully removed, and almost all of the visible spots from makeup, markers, and kids' slime came out as well. After part of a wall was removed, the subfloor and a section of carpet were exposed, so we wanted a carpet repair done quickly before the busy holiday season brought more foot traffic and possible damage. We hired a carpet cleaning team for our home, and the whole experience was excellent. randall and the crew arrived on time, were friendly, skilled, and very thorough.
