I visited Mason's Car Wash at the Wilmington location on Sept 5, 2023, and had a good experience. The facility was clean, the equipment worked as advertised, and the price was typical. I did have an issue using the credit card option in the machine, but I called the phone number, clearly posted on the front of the building, and the gentleman helped me through the process. The automatic car wash took the money but did not work and there is no working phone # to get your money back
We stopped by on Saturday, it is not the cleanest and needs to be managed better, but unlike other reviews it was water pressure was fine.
