Lots of good communication before they collected the full payment upfront. Then every question we had and follow up was not the responsibility of the person who had at first been helpful. "The install guys should text you" was a real response from him, not 'let me look into this for you. Counter sales not helpful
As an individual who does hundreds of reviews, I rarely ever give low ratings but this company definitely deserves it. I wouldn't recommend that anyone does business with them. Their attitudes are obnoxious, arrogant, and extremely rude. Simple questions get answered with sarcasm or in a nonchalant manner that their demeanor is one of superiority and you're inferior to them. The place to go if you are doing brick work. Great selection of bricks and mortars. Very nice, helpful people. And you can pick out your fireplace in their showroom while you are at it.
