1921-built brick 2-flat, the main task was lintel replacement and step-crack repair on the front face, with some general tuck-pointing maintenance, mostly to the parapet wall. After 4 estimates went with the highest. Previously Shmid had done another admirable job on our street for a neighbor. We had significant work done on a 90 year old church building. The work included tuckpointing, replacing lintels and replacing stairs. The work was done perfectly. Highly recommend!
I needed to repair a chimney, replace a window lintel, and tuckpointing at various places. Andy gave me honest guidance throughout. He got his crew quickly and finished the project on time. I really enjoyed working with Andy and his team on this project. I am very happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism.
