Owns properties that he does not maintain. The masonry in them is disastrous. In 2011 he sued a pregnant woman for not picking up dog poop on one of his properties when he refused to share his mowing schedule and didn’t allow tenants to mow themselves. He's professional, there when he says he'll be there, made suggestions to make the job better ... and did I mention his work is awesome! Unprofessional, cuts corners, exorbitantly high priced, stubborn and argumentative.
Called the other day, gave detailed info. Asked to get an estimate. Never got back with me, despite the fact that according by Google map this contractor lives close by to my house. If someone is this arrogant and rude then don't hire them!! At least inform clients if you are too busy, job is too small or refer another contractor to them if you are not able to take it on!!
