The front line staff at KMH are generally very kind and caring people. They work hard to make sure residents are comfortable and happy. I had many positive interactions with staff members. The administration, however, does not care at all about the residents. They have numerous state violations for failure to chart episodes of care and if you question an action such as a wound dressing change, they have no chart notes to back up their actions/claims and they place the blame on the resident if accounts differ.
