I would recommend training the receptionist for customer service over the phone. Poor customer service, very disappointed.

The new Middle Swan facility is ruling by the Philipino Mafia. Facility manager doesn't want to see any one other than Philipinos. She hire only Philipinos. 90 percent of the staff is Phillipinos and they trouble and bully other nationalities and kick them out from there. Very unfair and unprofessional place to work.
