I was blessed with a great home health aide (DIANE) She made me feel like a person with no judgemental behaviors. Anticipated my needs without being. Intrusive. She was upbeat and a joy to talk to. If you get a home health aide and can request Diane, I recommend her.
My loved one was recently discharged from the hospital on the premise that we would be getting services from Masonicare. We had an initial assessment visit with zero follow up as promised. I'm not sure where the ball was dropped, but it was the lack of communication that was unacceptable. As a healthcare professional myself, I am saddened by the lack of follow thru and will definitely make sure to inform my patients to choose an alternate company for their healthcare needs.
