lori speight literally helped us change our lives - for the better! recommended to us by friends that have known her for over thirty years, lori worked with us via zoom and then in person over a six-month period. after only six days in wilmington we purchased a wonderful home, and lori took care of everything, which was really helpful as we were relocating from california. the best realtor in wilmington for sure, and perhaps in the entire state.

Lori was the absolute best realtor! She sent us several listings within our interest and helped us find the ONE! She checked in with us and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. She is very knowledgeable and she thought of things to look for during the walkthrough that we wouldn’t have! I worked with Madison with Masonboro Realty and she did a fine job. However, She's very pushy and holds value to her own opinion. I guess it might be how realtors are these days but I feel like she did the bare minimum as far as her actual job. She does not advocate well for her clients from what appears to be fear of ruining a relationship with another realtor... She did not negotiate on my behalf other than an initial offer.
