My husband had his 1 year follow up with Mason after his heart attack. My husband tried to tell Mason that something was still wrong with him and that he was still having problems breathing and becoming very fatigue. Mason told my husband there was nothing wrong with him and that it was all in his head. Correction and apology December 2022 This review was about a Multicare Emergency Room doctor. It was noted here accidentally and in desperation due to temporary inability to access the portal to message someone at my cardiologist's office. Mason van Nostrand is a kind but young physician's assistant to the cardiology group that cares for me. Arrived early for appointment as requested... front staff very friendly. Only spent less than 5 minutes in waiting room before being taken to exam room...where I waited for 50 minutes for the PA. At 45 minutes the MA came into the exam room, surprised the PA had not yet been in. When he did come in there was minimal apology for the wait. Had he been forthcoming with an apology I would rate visit higher. I was the only one in the waiting room so it’s not like they were slammed with patients...I think I was basically forgotten... read more
