Awesome people all around. Quick, friendly, and professional! Brought my Radius there for a repair and thought they gave me the wrong mower back. It hasn't been that clean since I bought it new in 2020.

I'm a homeowner, not a pro, Stihl chainsaw owner. Recently I asked for help in buying a tune-up kit and new chain. As to the chain, I specifically said that I didn't want a skip-tooth (I've never used that kind, but had heard of it). They gave me a tune-up kit and chain. When I went to use the tune-up kit, it became obvious that it was the wrong kit, because the air filter was different. So, I returned it unopened.
