Went there in good faith to buy a UTV they had the UTV we wanted at another store. We made a 1,500 deposit on a Friday and was told that it would be here on a Monday (latest on Tuesday) had a call made to us on Wednesday morning telling us it would not be delivered to the dealership for another week they then tried to keep our deposits saying it was non-refundable after they could not fulfill their obligation to deliver the vehicle to the store. Unfortunately this review is given AFTER I really wanted to do business with this LOCAL dealer. (3 prior visits) Unfortunately they do not value me as a CASH BUYER and misrepresented, overpromised and ultimately DID NOT DELIVER as promised after a good faith deposit of 1,500 was made on a unit they had at another store. All was blamed on “corporate” they NEVER TOOK OWNERSHIP of the problem. I highly recommend Mason Tractor. Sales, Service, and Front Desk staff, all are great.
Awesome people all around. Quick, friendly, and professional! Brought my Radius there for a repair and thought they gave me the wrong mower back. It hasn't been that clean since I bought it new in 2020.
I one stop shopped my zero turn, blower, trimmer and even a golf cart. Great service! They gassed up and delivered everything. Just good folks
