I'm a homeowner, not a pro, Stihl chainsaw owner. Recently I asked for help in buying a tune-up kit and new chain. As to the chain, I specifically said that I didn't want a skip-tooth (I've never used that kind, but had heard of it). They gave me a tune-up kit and chain. When I went to use the tune-up kit, it became obvious that it was the wrong kit, because the air filter was different. So, I returned it unopened. I would put zero stars, but it doesn't go that low. We purchased a pole saw, got to the job, tried to start it, but it wouldn't stay running. We went back to the store for a refund, within 30 minutes, and they refused to do so unless they first checked it. They would not let us get a refund upon asking for it, multiple times, until they first tried to see the problem. Absolute trash service. Do not shop here. Let this place go under.

Great people...Cheryl and Erica... took care of me as soon as I walked inside. Needed a tire..I was towed in.. and oil change. Quick turn around and they have military discount.Zake the mechanic was great, even came out and showed me how to work the computer. Manual is terrible. I come down to ride.. my CAN Am, which they worked on. I come down here from Michigan and will get all my maintenance done there. Thank all of you! DEAN 6-5-24
