They did a very good job and I felt like the whole staff was working for me.

Everyone went out of their way to help with a reluctant sellers son. He made everyones life misrable by continuiosly not returning emails and paperwork.
This title company was recommended by the realtor I used to sell my father's house. I live in PA and my father's house was in Panama City. I can't speak for everyone who works here, but the woman who handled everything from October, till we closed January 3rd was very discourteous every single time we spoke, or emailed. I had conversations with the realtor, and the lawyer about her rudeness. Every question I asked was met with an attitude as if I was a bother to her.
