I wish there were a rating below 1 star. I flip houses for a living. This was my 4th closing this year and by far the worst in my entire life. Summer is absolutely the most inept, incompetent and least professional title employee I've ever dealt with. It took a week to close. It required multiple calls, trips to the back and 3 different people at the title company to get this simple transaction completed. To make matters worse Summer would not answer the phone or return calls. NEVER, NEVER use this title company.
Made entire procees easy and very efficient.
They were very professional and easy to work with.
Flawless process!! We did a cash close, however had some backend things going on with 1031 docs. Everything was handled correctly.
Another flawless home closing with Summer. All documents were in order and a smooth process throughout!
