This was the worst experience we’ve ever had closing a home. Never got paperwork until the day of signing to review. We’re told funds were there and signed then recieved an email later in the day that funds were short by thousands of dollars. This is unethical. The Closing agent was very rude and condescending. Thank God we had Gods protection .
