Sheri was very nice and knowledgeable. She contacted me a week before setting up the closing. During that call she explained to me what was going to happen and answered all my questions. It was a smooth process. Although, for some reason we couldn’t figured out, the online signing did not work. Sheri, sent me via email everything I needed to get process done via regular mail. Great experience.
Sheri Willis of Mason Title & Escrow is very easy to interact with on line and by phone. She was particularly helpful to me because I broke my IPad and had to have documents sent again to me. She was also particularly helpful in explaining to me all the steps and wherefores of buying a house in Fl for the first time. i i highly recommend her and the company. .
We were recommended Mason Title by our realtor. We could not have been more pleased. They kept us updated at every step of the process, sent detailed instructions for the procedures, emailed necessary documents to simplify our closing, and were readily available by phone if needed.
This company was very easy to deal with, very personable and friendly. I highly recommend them. 5 stars all the way. :-)
