I went to mason and sons to get my brakes worked on. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got my car by the end of the day they even went above and beyond and washed the exterior of my car as well as cleaned up the floor of the driver and passenger sides of my car. Very impressed will be back again for any major things I need fixed
Excellent service and they really know their stuff! I feel like they care about me as a customer and don't try to snowball us. We have three vehicles and we trust them all to Mason & Sons!
It’s so much to love about this shop. They’re God fearing, honest, communicative and very compassionate. Steve and his wife are extremely hands on and genuinely cares about their customers. I had an experience that didn’t start off the best, however the owner and his wife stepped in, communicated, diagnosed and fixed the issue at hand. I’d recommend them ANYTIME to anyone. My sister has been a customer for years, then when I finally moved back to America I brought my car in and now I wouldn’t trust anyone else with it.
Most honest repair shop if they get your diagnostic wrong they cover the repair and the owners are Christians and you can see that in their work
They always give us great service!!!
