I have been a PUD 3 customer for almost 8 years and as long as I have lived in the neighborhood I haven't lost power and if I did I am sure they would restore it quickly. I am overall pleased with the service however, I am suspicious of their billing practices. There has been times each year where the bill will double, even though we use the same amount of energy the bill will double. Happens each year around the holiday timeframe through february.
