Went in to get assessed for something particular, he gave me an assessment for something completely different that does not even have anything to do with it (Discovered this upon going to a very experienced Psychologist 45 years in practice and cross checking). When I tried to schedule an appt to come back in before this occurred, they canceled and rescheduled my appt about 4x no joke. Very laid back yet professional. My 16 year old daughter connected with him right off the bat and was able to get her to open up. He can be blunt, but he does talk to her on a level that she understands, and isnt condescending.
Worth the drive from anywhere in Columbus. Dr. Mason listened to my child and didn’t talk down. He gave support in a very difficult situation. A literal life saver.
Bad experience, I just called over the phone and this lady that answers the phone for the doctors was very rude she especially got rude when she found out I had Medicaid talking to me like am your daughter is crazy and if you have something against people that are low income or that are mentally Challenge then you’re in the wrong field put a smile on your face and stop being so Disgusted with yourself. You need the couch( and that’s with love) have a nice one Summer☺️
