Mason has been wonderful to work with. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and thorough. We are thrilled with our new A/C. Update March 2025. 3/25/2025 - My second experience with Mason was a maintenance check. Again, everyone I dealt with was pleasant and got things right. Jim Emmons arrived on time. I dread having the AC people go all the way through my house to the master bedroom closet to get to the attic entrance. Jim pretended the house wasn't messy and completed the task, inside and outside, quickly and efficiently. He explained his suggestions and was a pleasure to deal with.
