RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about Mason Pointe. They took excellent care of my mother-in-law during her recent rehab stay. All of the staff were so caring and friendly. They loved her like their own!! They were so helpful to my husband and I as we looked for places and resources for assisted living after her discharge. The facility is warm and homey. It’s clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Mason Pointe!!
I have been so happy with Mason Point, Lutheran Senior Services. My aunt was staying at a different assisted living facility, in which neither she nor I were happy. It was so hard leaving her at the facility after every visit. Therefore, I began a pursuit in finding another home for her. I checked out many Assisted Living facilities in our area, but we landed at Mason Pointe, and have NEVER LOOKED BACK! Run away from this place It is terrible
NIghtmare place. Unless you like you bedpan dumped in the trashcan with no liner and your room to smell like shit!
Admission was a total nightmare. I had to get my dad out the car and find a wheelchair on my own. No one at this place helped at all. They finally told me a room number and pointed down the hall. We wandered around and finally found the room after looking forever. I got my dad into the bed and got him settled. NO ONE EVER CAME! I was exhausted. I hope no one else ever has to do this. Even though I was at Mason Pointe for rehab after hip replacement surgery, my stay was very enjoyable. The care was great, nurses and aides friendly and always had a smile, food was good and I enjoyed eating in the dining room with others who were there for rehab. Therapy was the best. A great group of people who work together to get you back up and going so you can go home feeling confident that you will soon be back to you usual self. Thank You
