My appointment was at 10:20. Got a call at 10:15, as I was pulling into the parking lot, that I was one day too early for my annual wellness visit. Apparently last year I had one on 11/21 and today is 11/20, so the insurance wouldn’t cover it today. Today I visited Mason Park Clinic, everyone at this office were amazing. They welcome you with a friendly smiles. The receptionist was very kind and personally walked me in. The treatment I received today was fantastic, the technician took her time to explain everything .I was totally pleased with staff and treatment. Definitely coming back.
Patient beware….they copay you for everything . It’s just a machine that pushes you through and is not an advocate for the patient. Kim, office manager is rude, discourteous. Find another office.
