I bought my home in July 2018 and still cannot get them to come and fix any of our issues. Called and finally spoke to Lisa. She has taken messages in the past but no one has ever returned the calls for followup. The home warranty is a joke as the previous reviewer stated. t's a waste of time and energy bc none follows up to check to see if the customers are ok.
