Definitely a must see if looking to stay in Katy.
From day 1 Calvin was so knowledgeable and kind. I moved in beginning of June 2025 and he has been so helpful still!! Taylor is great as well getting things I need done and efficiently. I recommend it here to anyone. I love living here and so do my kids!

8 years living at mason park, and today 10 months a moved I found out I have a collection for the stove top wich they wanted me to pay for it, as the couldn’t take me the deposit because I cleaned the entire apartment they didn’t gimme the deposit back and then same to collection for $125, this company is horrible and totally unprofessional and that’s no the worts part, I got robed 2 times and they never got responsibility about the property, no security cameras.
