UNFORTUNATE is the only way that I can describe the experience that I had with Pam Mason. She had an opportunity to allow two ex-spouses find a common platform on which to communicate and instead she created a COMPLETELY NEGATIVE appointment. Pam INSISTED on talking about HER OWN SON about 70% of the appointment and claimed to be using him as an example.
