My wife's car started making a horrible ticking noise. I called them up and they were able to get on it right away. All the staff was super friendly and Travis was open and honest through the whole process. I definitely recommend this shop
Amazing experience. We drove here Sunday, June 14 from Charlotte, TN for a well needed 3 day getaway and our car overheated the last half of drive to Saute Nacoochee, GA. With 2mi increments of drives and overheating pull overs finding out we had two holes in our radiator pissing coolant out. We got to Mason Motorworks and shared our story. They thankfully ordered a radiator that same morning and immediately started working on our car upon arrival. The owner himself worked on it and took great care of us. I've been using Mason Motorworks for my Honda for a while now. I got upgraded (to a Lincoln) and asked if they could show me where things was that I need to check. They didn't hesitate and took the time to show me everything. They go above and beyond for their customers. Love this about them!
