We built a custom home with Mason Martin Homes in Red Deer and absolutely love our new home ! They worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted designed for the house while staying on budget AND it was built on time ! They honoured touch ups from the walk throughs and provided quality work from people working in the industry for many years. We would strongly recommend building with MMH !

Review update to Mason Martin’s reply** As stated, this is not an issue of high humidity due to a new build. We had excessive humidity due to our HRV being installed wrongly which you nor the company (Aries Airflow Heating & Air Conditioning) can take responsibility for. New Home Warranty was contacted and the issue was resolved no thanks to Mason Martin. It is disappointing that Mason Martin will not admit it should not have happened in the first place. We moved into our new home in 2022, and unfortunately, we've encountered numerous issues. Despite the builder’s claims on their website of offering the best value and expertise, our experience has been far from that. Shortly after moving in, we discovered mildew in the basement caused by a faulty pipe, and we had to redo our bathroom. Buyers Beware!! When you sign a preliminary hold or design agreement with a non-refundable deposit with this home builder, that’s exactly what it means. By the time you can get to a realistic price after a few concept floor plans and cannot afford to proceed, they’ve got your money and you’re SOL. Do your homework beforehand and be cautious before committing your hard earned money with this builder!
